Ngargosari Village, Sumberlawang District, Sragen (2026) – The development of digital payment systems is encouraging Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to begin adapting to cashless transactions. One widely used digital payment method is the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS), which offers convenience and efficiency in transaction processing.
In response to this need, Muhammad Khafif Hidayatulloh, a Regular Community Service Program student from Team 105 of Diponegoro University in 2026, implemented a QRIS Development and Use Assistance program for MSMEs in Ngargosari Village. This program was implemented under the guidance of KKN Lecturer Putri Rizka Citaningati, S.E., M.SEI. The program aimed to introduce QRIS as an alternative cashless payment system and assist MSMEs in implementing it in their daily business activities.
The program was carried out through direct mentoring for MSMEs, which included explaining the basic concepts of QRIS, the benefits of using QRIS, and the registration procedure through authorized payment service providers. In addition, the Community Service Program students also assisted MSMEs in the QRIS creation process and provided guidance on its use in transactions.
Through this mentoring program, the KKN students successfully implemented QRIS for five MSMEs in Ngargosari Village. The MSMEs welcomed this initiative, believing it facilitated the payment process and provided a more practical transaction alternative for consumers.
The QRIS Creation and Use Mentoring Program for MSMEs is expected to encourage the gradual adoption of cashless transactions in Ngargosari Village. This activity represents a contribution from the 2026 Regular Community Service Program students from Team 105 of Diponegoro University in supporting the digitalization of village MSMEs and increasing business efficiency.
