Semarang, 2025 — Students of the Islamic Economics Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University (FEB UNDIP), have once again achieved a proud achievement.
Three students from the class of 2023, Elsa Puspita, Ahdan Niko Al Ghifari, and Malika Azra Permata, successfully won second place at the national level in the 2025 Indonesia Sharia Financial Olympiad (ISFO), organized by the Financial Services Authority (OJK).
The ISFO competition is a prestigious event that brings together students from various universities in Indonesia to hone their skills in Islamic economics and finance. In this competition, participants are tested on their understanding of Islamic financial literacy, analysis of Islamic economic cases, and the application of Sharia principles to modern financial solutions.
The success of Elsa, Ahdan, and Malika is clear evidence that UNDIP Islamic Economics students possess the academic quality and competency to compete at the national level. This achievement also underscores the commitment of the FEB UNDIP Islamic Economics Study Program to supporting the development of superior human resources based on Islamic values.
The entire academic community of Islamic Economics at UNDIP expresses its highest appreciation for the dedication and hard work demonstrated. May this achievement inspire other students to continue to excel, innovate, and contribute to the development of Islamic economics in Indonesia.
