The Undergraduate Program in Islamic Economics, Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University (FEB UNDIP) conducted a benchmarking visit to the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Indonesia (FEB UI). The visit aimed to obtain strategic insights for curriculum development, graduate profile formulation, and internationalization efforts by learning from FEB UI’s experience as a leading and globally oriented study program currently progressing toward AACSB accreditation.
The FEB UNDIP delegation was led by Ariza Fuadi Head of the Islamic Economics Study Program, accompanied by the program management team. The delegation was warmly welcomed by Irfani Fithria Ummul Muzayanah Head of the Islamic Economics Program at FEB UI, along with her academic management team.
During the benchmarking session, both institutions engaged in discussions on curriculum alignment with learning outcomes, graduate competency enhancement, and international exposure programs such as student exchanges, scholarships for international students, and the development of courses taught in foreign languages.
This activity is expected to serve as an important step for FEB UNDIP’s Islamic Economics Program in enhancing academic governance, improving graduate competitiveness at both national and international levels, and preparing for future international accreditation.
