Semarang, March 2025 – In celebration of the holy month of Ramadan and the 65th Anniversary of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Diponegoro University (FEB UNDIP), FEB UNDIP organized a special Khataman Al-Quran activity, aiming to complete the recitation of the Quran 65 times throughout the month. The initiative involved all faculty employees and students, culminating in a communal breaking of the fast (iftar) and the distribution of donations to orphans.

This event serves not only as a spiritual endeavor and act of worship for the academic community but also as a moment to strengthen unity and deepen the love for the Quran. It also commemorates FEB UNDIP’s 65 years of excellence. “We hope this activity becomes a meaningful act of charity for all participants,” said a representative of FEB UNDIP.

The Khataman Al-Quran will be conducted in stages during Ramadan, with participants sharing the task of reciting the Quran. Each participant will recite portions of the holy verses, collectively completing 65 Khataman by the end of the month. The recitations will take place both individually and in group settings within the FEB UNDIP campus environment.

All employees and students are encouraged to participate, fostering Islamic values within the academic community. This initiative is also designed to inspire students and staff to strengthen their connection with the Quran while promoting a sense of togetherness in welcoming Ramadan.
